SESA HEAT & SMOKE – HEAT AND SMOKE DETECTOR FOR BUS AND COACH SAFETY

SESA heat and smoke is a heat and smoke detection solution designed specifically for vehicles.

This new device is supplied by the equipment manufacturer SESALY, which specializes in the design and installation of lighting and audio signaling solutions specific to buses and bus comfort and safety.

It is the perfect solution for protecting passengers and luggage, thanks to a temperature sensor that can measure the heat zone and two diffused light sensors that can detect smoke properties.

In case of detection of smoke or heat, warning information is given by the LED on the product and a warning is sent to the driver.

LED warning indicators are identified by a simple color code based on different information:

White: power off (no light)
Blue: starting
Green : operational
Red : smoke detection (continuous light) or heat detection (strobe light)
This alert solution is high performance and easy to use, thanks to some distinctive technical features:

This heat and smoke detector operates with a nominal voltage of 24 Vdc (ISO167550-F).
Durable body made of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), V0 added
It does not attract attention thanks to its compact (80 x 41 mm) and white color.
It is durable as its protection index or IP is 42K.
This security solution requires low power consumption: 0.05A only
This heat and smoke detector is very simple to install. This security solution can be wall-mounted by mounting from the front or rear of a bus or coach.
This interior safety solution complies with the regulations applicable to vehicles dedicated to passenger transport: R10 05 EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and ECE R118 (fire and smoke standard).
This fire and smoke detector for buses and coaches is made in Europe
On request, this heat and smoke detector is available in different options:

Different heat levels can be measured and alarmed in a certain time interval.
The temperature can be adjusted by software.
